Our Adoption Process
We believe that matching a puppy with their forever home should be a seamless, supportive, and personal experience. Our adoption process is designed to guide you every step of the way:
Part One: Puppy Application
Please begin by completing our quick online puppy application. We will carefully review your submission, send a confirmation to your email, and reach out to you via text message to coordinate a convenient time for a phone call.
Part Two: Personal Consultation
We take the time to get to know your lifestyle, preferences, and home environment. During our call, we will walk you through our available litters, show you puppies that match your preferences, and help you select your ideal companion.
Part Three: Reserving Your Puppy
Once you have selected your puppy and are ready to move forward, a 50% deposit will be required to officially reserve your puppy. Their remaining balance will not be due until they have arrived safely in your arms.
Part Four: Verified Updates & Microchip Identification
You will receive exclusive update videos filmed against our backdrop showing that your puppy is happy, safe, and thriving with us. In your videos, we will scan your puppy’s microchip live on camera so you can verify their unique identification number, and it will match all of their official health and adoption paperwork which we include in their going-home bag.
Part Five: Safe, Stress-Free Delivery
Most puppies are ready to join their new families about 4 to 6 weeks following their reservation. Whether you are welcoming your puppy through our complimentary DFW hand-delivery service across areas like Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Westlake, and Southlake, or utilizing our VIP Flight Nanny service where our assistant Brandy personally escorts your puppy in-cabin to a major US airport near you (like LAX, JFK, ATL, and many others), every journey is handled with meticulous care to ensure they arrive safely in your arms.
Lifetime Breeder Support
Our relationship doesn't end when you receive your puppy, you’re a permanent part of our puppy family! We remain available for ongoing advice, guidance, and support for the lifetime of your companion.
